“I’ve known this family for forty years and it has been my pleasure to watch the close relationship between this father and son; Vic growing up under the influence of his father and eventually taking over his position as Ranch Manager of the Babbitt Ranches in northern Arizona,” said Bill of this painting created for the 2011 CAA Show, which is now in the permanent collection of the Desert Caballeros Western Museum, located in Wickenburg, Arizona. Note: This painting was awarded the Ray Swanson Memorial Award, selected from the entire exhibition for a work of art that captures a moment in time and captures the emotion of that moment.
