Bill has roped her around the head and Vic is getting ready to come in and catch the two hind feet. This is often necessary on ranches, and is usually done when there’s a need to doctor a cow for one reason or another. This is where the sport of team roping originated. However, these cowboys are not doing it for sport; they’re doing what needs to be done and doing it in the traditional way.”
